Return policy
Returns are possible within 14 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The items to be returned must show no signs of use.
Follow these steps to return the package:
1. Notify us of the return by e-mail:
Contact us at contact@chapsoflondon.com within 14 days of receipt to report the return. We will endeavour to reply to your e-mail within 24 hours.
2. Prepare the return:
Carefully pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
3. Send the parcel:
Send the parcel (with tracking) to the returns address we have provided.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.
Please ensure that your return parcel always has a tracking code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of postage with a tracking code. Returns by post without a tracking code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days of processing your return.
Cancelling an order
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are put into processing and can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@chapsoflondon.com immediately after placing your order.
Returns are always at the sender's risk; return costs are not refunded.
Wrong item or size?
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, you will receive the correct item free of charge!
Refunds
We process refunds for returns within 5 working days of receipt.
