For every order, we cover the shipping costs. All our products are delivered to your home address 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order required.

Delivery of your order takes between 6 and 11 working days:
- We need 1 to 2 working days for processing time. We use this time to pack your order and prepare it for delivery.
- Delivery time is 5 to 9 days. This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your product.
After placing an order with us, you can see when your parcel will arrive in a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code by e-mail, which will allow you to track your order via our tracking partner. How this works is explained on our tracking page.

Delivery of your order

Defective product?
That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged in transit. In this case, we always deliver a new parcel free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. If there is a problem a second time, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.
Placing an order
The ordering process at Chaps of London is incredibly simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to the shopping cart. To do this, click on the ‘Add to basket’ button.
It's important to check that you've selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ box. On the information page, you need to fill in the correct address details. Make sure that all the information is correct. Once you have filled in the details correctly, you can click on the ‘Continue to shipping’ button.
On the ‘Shipping’ page, you can check the address details you have entered again. We would also like to point out that each shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a sign of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the ‘Continue to payment’ box.

Lost parcel?
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new parcel before proceeding with a refund and return. If the order is not received within 60 days of dispatch, it may be refunded.
