When can I expect to receive my order?

To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Chaps of London ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to your home. As a result, delivery may take slightly longer than you are used to. It takes approximately 1-2 working days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time is around 5 to 9 working days in the UK.

My expected delivery date has passed. Where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, there may be delays. If you have waited a further 3 days after the initial delivery period and have still not received your order, please send an e-mail to: contact@chapsoflondon.com

Returns & Errors

Some products are missing from my order. What should I do?

Some orders are shipped in several packages due to weight restrictions. To guarantee product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you have ordered several products at the same time, they may not be delivered at the same time.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, there's nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an e-mail to contact@chapsoflondon.com. Please take photos of the damaged parcel and attach them to your e-mail.

Do not return the item without sharing the photos with us. Otherwise we won't be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service department will deal with your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

What happens if you've bought the wrong product, if it doesn't suit you or if you no longer want the item?

First, contact our customer service department (contact@chapsoflondon.com). We will evaluate the best solution for you. If we are unsuccessful, you will only pay the shipping costs to return the product to us.
